‘DRIVER ADVANCE !’ Being A Short Account Of The 2nd Lothians And Border Horse, 1939-1946

A regimentally published history of the 6th Armoured Division, equipped with Crusader, Valentine, and Matilda tanks. The regiment served in the Tunisian Campaign, including Kasserine, Ebba Ksour, and Kairouan, before moving to Italy in March 1944. There, it fought at the Gustav and Gothic Lines, the Liri Valley, Cassino, the River Arno, and the breakthrough to the Po.
